Dear Colleagues,

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Asia-Pacific Youth Environment Forum (APYEF) 2023, scheduled to take place on the 1st and 2nd of October in the vibrant city of Colombo, Sri Lanka. This event is supported by the Ministry of Environment of Sri Lanka and the UN Environment Programme Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific. The goal of the APYEF is to create a vibrant, collaborative space where young leaders from across the region can exchange ideas, participate in engaging discussions, and work together on solutions to address some of the most pressing environmental challenges our world faces.

We are now accepting expressions of interest for fully-funded youths, Sri Lankan youths, and self-funded youths. The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is 10th August 2023 (1700 UTC+7 BKK time). We will announce the list of admitted participants on or before 30th August 2023.
